Long description
Iconic Groupo is a privately held, faith-driven family holding company established in August 2016 and headquartered in Houston, Texas, with offices in Dallas and San Antonio. The firm acquires companies that are in distress, under-managed or facing ownership transition, and restores them through operational discipline, financial clarity, leadership development, brand and technology investment, customer experience standards and workforce development. Iconic Groupo is funded entirely by family capital. It has no outside investors and no fund life, which allows it to hold companies permanently, protect jobs through the restoration period and reinvest on a timeline measured in decades. Leadership
Headshots and biographies.

Dale Slycord
Chief Executive Officer
Dale Slycord is Chief Executive Officer of Iconic Groupo and sets the firm's acquisition strategy, capital priorities and standards of ownership. He has spent more than twenty five years acquiring, rebuilding and operating companies across several industries, working directly inside businesses rather than at a distance from them. His operating experience is concentrated in stabilizing companies under strain: restoring financial clarity, rebuilding systems and documentation, and reestablishing accountability with the existing team. His leadership philosophy is one of stewardship, discipline and service to the people a company employs. At Iconic Groupo he is responsible for deciding what the family acquires, how each company is restored, and the commitment to hold those companies without an exit timeline.

Jose Cordero
President
Jose Cordero serves as President of Iconic Groupo, with responsibility for day-to-day execution across the portfolio, including operations, restoration work, team development and the standards applied inside each company. His professional background spans law enforcement, hospitality, nightlife, restaurant management and general contracting, an unusually broad foundation that shaped a disciplined and adaptable operating style. He is known for attention to detail, organizational structure and steady judgment in demanding environments. His leadership philosophy places people first: businesses recover when the team is supported, expectations are clear and accountability is consistent. At Iconic Groupo he translates ownership decisions into operating reality, working alongside management teams to stabilize performance and hold each company to the same standard.

Andre Nikita
Chief Operating Officer
Andre Nikita serves as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for translating strategy into execution across the portfolio. As a founder, investor and operating executive, he has built companies in transportation, hospitality, consumer services and real estate, with a consistent emphasis on structure, measurable standards and sustainable growth. His work centers on operating strategy, team development, service quality and the systems that allow a company to scale without losing control of its performance. His leadership philosophy is straightforward: durable companies are the product of process, consistency and capable people rather than momentum. At Iconic Groupo he strengthens the operating foundation of each business the family acquires and establishes the reporting and standards that make long-term ownership practical.

Sean Madera
General Counsel
Sean Madera serves as General Counsel to Iconic Groupo, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies. He is the founder of Mad Law, P.L.L.C., a boutique Houston law firm, and earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in December 2014. His practice covers corporate governance, transaction structuring, contract review and negotiation, dispute resolution and the legal diligence that precedes an acquisition. He is known for thorough preparation, careful documentation and clear counsel delivered before a decision is made rather than after. His philosophy is that sound legal structure is an operating asset. At Iconic Groupo he advises on how each company is acquired, governed and protected, so ownership decisions rest on durable documentation.

Melinda Weaver
Paralegal
Melinda Weaver serves as Paralegal for Iconic Groupo, supporting the legal function across the portfolio. Her work includes case and matter management, document preparation, filings and deadlines, records organization and the diligence files that accompany an acquisition. She is the point of continuity between counsel, the operating companies and outside professionals, and she maintains the records that allow the firm to respond quickly and accurately when a matter arises. Her professional standard is preparation: complete files, verified detail and nothing left to memory. At Iconic Groupo she ensures the legal work behind each transaction and each company is documented, current and available to the executives responsible for the decision.

Destiny Wynn
Administrative Coordinator
Destiny Wynn serves as Administrative Coordinator for Iconic Groupo, responsible for keeping daily operations organized and on schedule across the portfolio. Her work includes executive calendars, meeting coordination, documentation, travel and logistics, and communication between leadership, employees, clients and business partners. She serves as a central point of coordination in an organization with several operating companies, anticipating what each week requires and confirming that priorities are completed accurately and on time. Her professional standard is dependability and discretion, particularly around confidential matters. At Iconic Groupo she creates the operating rhythm that allows the executive team to stay focused on acquisitions, restoration work and the long-term stewardship of the companies the family holds.
